POSTURE SERIES with Box Spring - 2013

10 YEAR NON-PRORATED WARRANTY SERVICE POLICY

Your new Posture Series bedding has been manufactured to exacting standards using only new materials. We anticipate no defect, and warrant against manufacturing defects other than in the cover. This warranty is given only to the initial consumer who purchases and uses the item.

Simply retain your purchase agreement for verification of product purchase and notify your store of any product defects. If such notice is received during the first ten years from the date of purchase, at our option, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. Transportation costs are not included.

Repair of the mattress or box spring does not extend the duration of this warranty, or begin a new warranty period.

If identical materials are not available at the time of repair or replacement, the manufacturer reserves the right to substitute materials of equal quality. To qualify for service under this warranty the mattress and box spring must be in good condition, with the exception of the defect to be remedied, and not otherwise damaged, abused or in any unsanitary condition.

To equalize body impressions, flip your mattress over and turn it end-to-end regularly every two weeks for the first three months of use...then every two months thereafter. Failure to use an adequate support system for your new sleep set may result in the voiding of this warranty.
